This was the first of a series of three condominium projects that FC Designs was hired to design. Located in the heart of Bishop Arts District in the city of Dallas, TX. This project is composed of two buildings mirroring one another along the common property line within both lots, each with four units. The design concept allows for the first floor to have entrance and garage, second and third floor to accommodate all living spaces and the fourth floor to provide access to a rooftop patio overlooking the city of Dallas skyline.
